Appraisers are challenged everyday with valuing complex residential assignments, but there are practical steps that may be taken to enhance the analysis and reporting elements to create a convincing and credible result.

Course Objectives:  By the conclusion of the course, participants will: 

    • Identify factors that cause complexity
    • Use recognized methods and techniques on valuing these unique properties.
    • Write convincing appraisal reports for these properties which the underwriter will understand clearly, resulting in fewer questions, reduced request for addenda, and more satisfied clients.

Length:  One day, 7-hour continuing education seminar.  Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the seminar begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m.
